Business management · Subscriber Portal
The student in a non-degree course, the family on a meal plan, the club member and the business with a maintenance contract sign in to the portal with their CPF or CNPJ to see their contracts, pay invoices by PIX or bank slip, show a digital membership card with a QR Code at the entrance, and request a suspension, cancellation or plan change. Payments settle automatically in Accounts Receivable, and requests reach the dashboard as requests, with nothing changing in the contract until the team responds.
The problem and the fix
If any of these situations sounds familiar, it is because they happen in almost every graduation company, until the right system comes in.
The subscriber calls every month asking for a duplicate invoice.
In the portal they see their invoices, pay instantly by PIX or generate a bank slip, and download the receipt once it is paid.
The payment comes in and someone has to settle it by hand to take the monthly fee off the overdue list.
When the bank confirms the payment, it settles automatically in Accounts Receivable: when the invoices are opened, on the "I've already paid" button and in the daily routine.
At the club entrance or in the cafeteria, nobody knows whether the person's contract is current.
The digital membership card shows a QR Code that the front desk scans. Whoever pays also sees the cards of the beneficiaries on their contracts.
The customer sends "I want to cancel" by message and the request gets lost, or is handled without checking the penalty and notice period.
Suspensions, cancellations and plan changes become requests in the dashboard. Nothing changes in the contract until the team responds, and the decision still happens on the contract record, with a preview of the penalty and notice period.
Every change of phone number or address becomes a ticket for the team.
Customers update their own contact details and address. Name, ID number and date of birth only change through a request, which the team reviews.
In practice
Everyday situations at graduation companies, from the problem to the result, using the modules on this page.
A club collected monthly dues by printed bank slip and settled them by checking the bank statement.
The club started sending the portal link with its own name and logo. Members sign in with CPF and date of birth, see the next invoice and pay by PIX.
Confirmed payments settle automatically in Accounts Receivable, and members show the card with the QR Code at the entrance.
The parents pay for the meal plan of two children who use the cafeteria every day.
The financial guardian signs in to the portal and sees both contracts, the invoices and the children's membership cards. Each child, as a beneficiary, sees that they are covered, without seeing the amount.
The children show the QR Code in the cafeteria and the parents handle the invoices without calling the school.
A student in a non-degree course was traveling for two months and did not want to lose their spot.
Through the portal, they requested a suspension with a start date and an end date. The request reached the dashboard under Portal requests.
The team applied the suspension on the contract record using the plan's rule, and the contract history started showing the change.
How it works

The number one reason anyone opens the portal is to pay.
What was contracted, for whom, and what has changed since sign-up.
The QR Code to show at the entrance, in the cafeteria or at the counter.
Requests to the team, with the answer right in the portal.
