See the graduate’s payments, installments, contracts, events, tickets, and history beside the chat to resolve issues without switching screens.
Quick replies and rich actions
Use saved replies with variables ({{nome}}) from a slash shortcut, and send PIX details, bank slips, event information, or contracts in the chat.
Support tickets
Filter tickets by status and category, open the thread, reply, mark it resolved, and set the cancellation amount.
Native notifications
System notifications alert you to new queue requests, tickets, and messages even when the window is in the background. Navigation badges keep the counts current.

The installer handles everything.
Does the app work on Intel Macs?
The current .dmg is optimized for Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3). If you use an Intel Mac, contact support for guidance.

Yes. This warning is common for apps distributed outside official stores. On macOS, right-click the app and select Open. On Windows, select More info, then Run anyway.
How is the app updated?
Partiu Atendimento checks for new versions and installs updates automatically, so you do not need to download it again.
