Do I need to pay to get started?
We offer a seven-day free trial so you can explore the platform. After the trial, choose the plan that best fits your operations.
Does the platform work for every type of graduation?
Yes. We serve high school, undergraduate, postgraduate, and technical-course graduations across Brazil.
How does support work?
Support is available via WhatsApp and email during business hours. Simple questions are often resolved within minutes.
Which payment methods can graduates use?
Graduates can pay by PIX, bank slip, or credit card in installments. The platform manages everything automatically.
How does facial recognition work in photo galleries?
After photos are uploaded, our AI identifies each graduate automatically. Each person can then access the photos in which they appear.
Can I sell event tickets through the platform?
Yes. Create an event, set ticket tiers and prices, and let guests buy online. QR codes provide real-time access control.
Does the platform send payment reminders automatically?
Yes. The system sends automatic WhatsApp reminders before and after the due date, helping reduce overdue payments without manual work.
How many graduating classes can I manage at once?
There is no limit. Manage as many classes as you need at the same time, each with its own settings, installments, and events.
Do graduates need to install an app?
Yes. Our Android and iOS app lets graduates track payments, photos, and events and communicate with their committee.
How are service invoices issued?
The platform automatically issues Brazilian electronic service invoices (NFS-e) when payments are confirmed, without manual intervention.
Is my company's and graduates' data secure?
Yes. We use encryption and secure servers and follow Brazil's LGPD requirements to protect data on the platform.
