3D Map: your class portfolio becomes a city, and whatever needs attention lights up

Each institution becomes a building in a 3D city: its height shows how many approved graduates it has, and the band of light on top shows the health of its classes. Alongside it, upcoming graduations, sign-ups from the last 12 months and the graduate flow. In the Graduate Map, each class becomes a plaza and each graduate a person in a gown colored by their status. Leadership grasps the entire portfolio at a glance and gets to the problem in one click.

The problem and the fix

The problems 3D Class Map solves every day

If any of these situations sounds familiar, it is because they happen in almost every graduation company, until the right system comes in.

The problem

Leadership asks "how are the classes doing?" and gets an 80-row spreadsheet nobody reads to the end.

With Partiu Formatura

The city shows the entire portfolio at once: a tall building is a large class, a red band is a class that needs attention. The answer fits on one screen.

The problem

The class with a problem only shows up when the committee calls to complain.

With Partiu Formatura

A notice at the top of the map points to the most urgent building and the reason (sign-ups awaiting review, graduates without contact info, missing setup) and opens the class in one click.

The problem

Knowing how many graduates have no photo, no accepted contract or no app means cross-referencing three reports.

With Partiu Formatura

In the Graduate Map, each person takes the color of their most serious alert, and the alerts panel highlights on the map only those with that problem.

The problem

A leadership meeting with a system screen full of tables holds nobody's attention.

With Partiu Formatura

A 3D city that rotates, zooms in and opens in full screen: the snapshot of the operation becomes something people want to look at and discuss.

The problem

Sensitive financial data shows up for people who shouldn't see it.

With Partiu Formatura

Overdue installments only appear on the map for those with access to Finance, and even then as a count, with no amounts.

In practice

Real examples of 3D Class Map working for you

Everyday situations at graduation companies, from the problem to the result, using the modules on this page.

01

Monday leadership meeting in five minutes

The scenario

Sales leadership wanted to know, before the weekly meeting, which institutions were doing well and which needed a visit.

With the system

The Class Map was opened in full screen on the meeting room TV, filtered to active classes. The notice at the top pointed to the institution with the worst health and the reason.

The result

The agenda came straight from the map: two buildings in attention, one being monitored, and each opened on the spot to see classes, coordinator and upcoming events.

02

Sign-up drive before the album

The scenario

The studio was about to photograph three classes and needed every graduate to have a photo and complete contact info.

With the system

In the Graduate Map, the team highlighted the "No photo" alert and then "Incomplete contact", and opened each plaza's list to follow up one by one.

The result

The to-do list came ready from the map, by class, and the team ran the drive knowing exactly who was missing.

03

Class or institution, depending on the conversation

The scenario

A regional manager wanted to see a large university's classes separately, not added up in a single building.

With the system

Switching from "Institutions" to "Classes" at the top of the map turned each class into its own building, with the same height and color criteria.

The result

The conversation went from the institution level down to the class level without changing screens, and the weakest class at that university showed up right away.
