Graduation operation · Alumni & Post-Graduation

The relationship with the graduate does not end on the day of the party

The network of graduates appears alone from the classes that have already graduated, without import: a graduate is the graduate whose class has passed the graduation date. The form stores contact history and preferences, the post-graduation recipe shows who appears in the photos and did not buy, graduation anniversaries become reunions with guests generated from the class and the campaigns freeze the public with each exclusion explained. The graduate nominates the next class, which becomes a lead in the CRM, and guides those who are still graduating. Anyone who refused a type of contact is left out of the list for that type, and the filter is in the consultation.

The problem and the solution

What changes when Alumni & Post-Graduation works inside the platform

This is connected information about classes, graduates and events across 9 modules, replacing scattered spreadsheets and messages.

Without the platform

Information about Alumni & Post-Graduation lives in separate spreadsheets, and nobody knows which version is current.

With Partiu Formatura

9 modules share the same class, graduate and event records.

Without the platform

A request for a number takes time because someone has to combine data from several places.

With Partiu Formatura

Graduate Network and Graduate Form and Trajectory update together, with figures ready for the next meeting.

Without the platform

The process depends on who is working that day, and its history disappears.

With Partiu Formatura

Everyone follows the same workflow, with recorded actions and role-based permissions.

Without the platform

Connecting with other departments means exporting spreadsheets and entering data again.

With Partiu Formatura

Alumni & Post-Graduation shares information directly with other areas of the platform.

How it works

How information moves through Alumni & Post-Graduation

Each step is a real module in this area. Its output moves to the next step without anyone entering the same information again.

The relationship with the graduate does not end on the day of the party

The network of graduates appears alone from the classes that have already formed. The post-graduation recipe shows who appears in the photos and didn't buy, graduation anniversaries become reunions with the ready list, and the graduate starts to nominate the next class. Anyone who refused a type of contact is left off the list for that type, due to the consultation itself.

See this in action
  • Network of graduates derived from classes, without import
  • Post-graduation recipe by class, read from galleries
  • Milestone reunions and campaigns with frozen audiences
  • Lead indications in CRM, vacancies and mentoring

Graduate Network

Those who have already graduated, read from the classes and not copied to another table.

  • Graduate derived from the graduating class, without its own table and without import
  • Reference date for graduation or graduation, and the year when there is no date
  • Configurable window of days after graduation for the person to become a graduate
  • Personal data from the most recent line of the graduate's registration, with a drop in the user's registration
  • Filters by year, class, course, institution, city, area of activity, contact and preference
  • Search by name, social name, email, class or CPF
  • CPF masked in the list and in full only in the form
  • Request for deletion or anonymization by removing the person from the network
  • Columns that vary between environments checked before setting up the query

Graduate Form and Trajectory

The person after college, what they counted on and when.

  • File with class, course, institution, year, contact and city
  • Trajectory with occupation, company, area, city, postgraduate degree and LinkedIn
  • Indication of who works in the training area
  • Trajectory source: panel, app, search or import
  • Current status saved once per person, with each timeline change
  • LinkedIn only accepted as full address
  • Graduate timeline with author and date of each change

Contact Preferences and LGPD

The end of the contract changes the legal basis, and the module treats this as a rule.

  • Separate acceptance or decline for offers, reunions, career opportunities and research
  • No response counts as legitimate interest, with opt-out for all contact
  • Refusal saved with date, origin and address from which it came
  • Preference source: panel, app, portal, email, phone or import
  • Opt-out filtered in SQL by objective preference, never on screen
  • Default company-editable opt-out text
  • Network export always with the preference filter applied
  • Panel with how many responded, how many refused offers and how many refused reunions

Post-Graduation Revenue

The money that was already on the table, per class.

  • Graduates marked in galleries by facial recognition or manual marking
  • Cross-referencing with gallery product requests and selection requests
  • Product order counted as paid only with the payment date filled in
  • By class: alumni, with photos, without order, contactable, purchased and invoiced
  • Contactable requires acceptance of offer and email or telephone
  • Classes ordered by those with the most people to address
  • Read only: sale takes place in the existing gallery and store
  • Missing font in the environment does not hide the other counts

Milestones and Reunions

Graduation anniversary as a salable event, with the list ready.

  • Standard milestones of 1, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years, adjustable by company
  • Window of months for milestones to appear, from 1 to 60
  • Estimated date in December for classes that only have the year, stated on the screen
  • Milestone that already has a reunion scheduled for the group signaled
  • Reunion with one or more classes, milestone, date, place and situation
  • Optional link to a ticket module event
  • Guests generated from classes without those who refused to be reunited and without those who requested elimination
  • Generating guests again does not duplicate or change the status of those already on the list
  • Guest confirmed, declined, present or absent, with companions
  • Guest list export
  • Reunion held or canceled does not receive new guests

Relationship Campaigns

The segment with purpose, and the proof of who was in it.

  • Purpose: offer, reunion, career, research or relationship
  • Channel: email, WhatsApp, SMS or call
  • Segment with the same network filters, so the two lists never diverge
  • Public preview with the reason for each exclusion: opt-out, no email or no phone
  • Freezing records the name, contact and reason of each person at that moment
  • Frozen campaign returns to draft before sending, without recreating
  • Audience, objective and channel locked while campaign is frozen
  • Sending record requires saying how the campaign turned out
  • Export only from frozen public
  • The module does not trigger a message: sending is done via Communication

Indications

The next sale that comes from someone who was already a customer.

  • Indication of class, person or company
  • Whoever nominated must be a member of the company
  • Contact of the nominee with mandatory email or telephone number
  • Institution, course and expected graduation year
  • Situation received, in contact, converted or discarded
  • Disposal requires reason
  • Conversion into CRM lead with alumni referral source, in the first column of the funnel
  • Conversion declined without email because CRM requires email in lead
  • Referral that has already been converted does not generate a second lead

Career and Mentoring

The network of graduates working for those who are still graduating.

  • Opportunities such as vacancy, mentoring, event or course
  • In-person, remote or hybrid mode, with link and draft status, published or closed
  • Opportunity offered by a company graduate
  • Mentoring between a graduate and a graduate of a class that has not yet graduated
  • Graduates who refused career contact cannot be chosen as a mentor
  • Proposed, active, completed or canceled mentoring
  • Meeting record that counts the session and activates the mentoring proposed in the first meeting
  • Mentoring rating from 1 to 5

Dashboard and Configuration

Reading who takes care of the relationship and the parameters of who responds to the module.

  • Graduates by year of graduation and courses with the most graduates
  • Graduates with contact and appearing in photos without purchasing
  • Milestones arriving and reunions underway
  • Classes with more revenue to seek
  • Each panel block fails alone, without hiding the others
  • Configuration works by default even without anything saved
  • Configuration history with before and after
  • Timeline of egress, reunion, campaign, nomination, opportunity and mentoring
