Graduation operation · Contract Portal
A public page with your company's logo where the graduate, or their guardian, enters their CPF or email and sees their contracts: pending ones with a sign button, signed ones with the PDF to view and download, and expired ones with a note to request a new link. The signature is drawn with a finger or typed, with acceptance of the terms, and anyone can verify the authenticity of a signed PDF using the verification code.
The problem and the fix
If any of these situations sounds familiar, it is because they happen in almost every graduation company, until the right system comes in.
The graduate lost the email with the contract link and calls support asking for another one.
They go to the portal, enter their CPF or email and find the pending contract with the sign button.
After signing, nobody knows where the copy is, and the "send me the PDF" request comes back every month.
Signed contracts stay in the same list, with the PDF available to view and download at any time.
The financial guardian also needs to sign and has no login anywhere.
The search finds the contract by the graduate, the financial guardian or the guardian.
A store, a caterer or a bank receives the PDF and wants to know if it's genuine.
The verification page confirms by code that the document exists, which company it belongs to, and when and by whom it was signed, without showing the content.
A contract with several parties reaches the wrong person too early.
When the contract is signed in stages, anyone whose turn hasn't come sees a notice of who still has to sign first, and gets another notice when their turn arrives.
In practice
Everyday situations at graduation companies, from the problem to the result, using the modules on this page.
A graduate found out in class that she still had to sign the contract, but couldn't find the email with the link.
She opened the portal, entered her CPF, tapped "Sign contract", reviewed the document and signed with her finger on the screen.
The contract was signed in a few minutes and the PDF was available on the same screen, with no support ticket.
The financial guardian needed the signed contract to submit with a loan application.
He searched by his own email, found his son's contract among the signed ones and downloaded the PDF.
The document came out instantly, and the bank verified its authenticity using the verification code printed on the PDF.
A commercial contract with the company required confirmed identity and fields filled in by the other party.
The signer received the link, confirmed their identity with the code sent, read the document, filled in the fields and only then signed.
The signing followed the right order (identity, reading, filling in and signing), and a refusal, if any, would have been recorded with the reason.
How it works
