Finance and management · Corporate Document Management

Every company document with version, approval, expiration, signature and audit trail

Inside the Documents screen, a switch toggles between the existing Explorer and Corporate management. Every upload becomes a numbered version with hash, size, who and when; older ones remain readable and restoring creates a new version. The category decides retention, whether approval is required and whether signature is required. Approvers in sequence or in parallel, a mandatory opinion when rejecting, a deadline with reminder and the approved version becomes current. Expiration warns at 30, 7 and 0 days and marks expired on its own. Signing goes through the same e-sign as contracts, and documents signed elsewhere are registered with the PDF inspected. Permission per document or category, retention by policy, always-manual disposal and a complete trail, including every download. The file stays in the company's own storage, private, with a link that expires in 5 minutes.

Comment ça marche

How information moves through Corporate Document Management

A categoria decide retenção, aprovação e assinatura.
